    • How head types, heart types, body types engage in relationships

    • Your action styles and how they impact your relationship

    • Strengths, possible pitfalls, and ways to deal with those same old same old conversations in a new way

Teams & Leaders

    • Facilitating on and offsite workshops for teams

    • Developing skill sets to enhance the efficacy of your well-known strengths (skill set areas include communication, conflict resolution, ways you work with your team)

    • Do IEQ9 Enneagram assessments and debriefs. These include individual Enneagram assessments for each team member and a Team Report. Assessments are oriented towards identifying individual and group strengths, understanding team dynamics, discovering challenges, and determining ways to best utilize the team’s collective abilities

    • Learn how you’re uniquely wired as an individual and how this shapes your mindsets, emotional responses, and behaviors

    • Work with your specific balance between action, thought, and feeling, to empower you to reach your goals
